We are seeking a skilled Junior Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering financial expertise to our small business clients, with a primary focus on tax. As a key member of our team, you will have diverse exposure to payroll, bookkeeping, financial statements, tax compliance, and more in the automotive and other industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare personal, partnership, and corporate tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients by engaging them on tax compliance matters, conducting tax projections, and resolving inquiries.
- Financial Review: Review financial statements and assist with compilations and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct tax compliance research and assist with responses to taxing authorities, staying up-to-date on the latest regulations and developments.
- Team Support: Act as a bridge between Staff Accountants and Managers, ensuring seamless communication and workflow within the team.
- Leadership Development: Present on various topics and participate in opportunities for professional growth, with a clear path to the Manager role.
