About Us

Kaizen was founded by Arash Hashemi, also known as ShredHappens, out of a determination to create low-carb, high-protein versions of his favorite foods like pasta and rice. As Arash puts it, "I totally get it - Most low carb pastas are gross. That's why I went on this quest to create a high-protein, low-carb pasta that could both help people reach their nutrition goals and taste great." What started as a personal mission quickly became a thriving brand focused on building meaningful connections with our customers and social community. We're passionate about positively impacting the lives of those we serve by providing innovative products and exceptional support.
