We are seeking a talented CNC Machinist with 5 years experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision components. Night Shift schedule 5pm-3:30am includes $3 shift differential
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize software to generate CNC programs for multi-axis machining operations.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform in-process inspections and quality control checks to verify the accuracy and quality of machined parts.
- Troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve any technical issues or challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to machine operators as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in CNC programming and machining is preferred.
- Proven experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation, particularly on multi-axis machines.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and GD&T principles.
- Experience with precision measurement tools and inspection equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
