What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overhead Crane Technician position at Kaizen Holdings?
We are on the lookout for an Overhead Crane Technician for a full-time position in the Cleveland, OH area. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of overhead crane installation and troubleshooting experience and be able to travel to diff plants 75-100 miles a day. Experience in those fields are a huge plus and will take priority over those without.
Overhead Crane Technician Requirements:
- Inspect the crane daily as a preventative measure and ensure the functionality of all components
- Experience troubleshooting and performing maintenance on overhead cranes
- Experience running ground controlled traveling overhead cranes
- Knowledge of proper rigging techniques
- Experience with overhead crane installation
- Experience working with magnets for lifting purposes
Overhead Crane Technician Qualifications:
- 3 years of crane installation
- 3 years of crane maintenance
- Able to read and interpret production schedules, work instructions and procedure manuals
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Daily travel to diff plants 75-100 mls/day
