Training & Development
Our structured training program focuses on: Sales & Customer Engagement – Client representation, brand management, customer interaction, and direct sales through field marketing Leadership & Team Building – Relationship management, hiring, onboarding, training, and team development Business Operations – Financial, administrative, and operational strategies, including full-cycle recruiting
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies while identifying customer needs through face-to-face interactions
- Utilize technology and innovative tools to engage with customers effectively
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace culture
- Continuously enhance performance through coaching, training, and goal setting
Qualifications:

Location & Work Requirements:
