We are looking for an ambitious PT who loves seeing their patients get better and keeps a beginners mindset at all times. We run a FAST-GROWING Physical Therapist owned and operated outpatient PT clinic in Seattle, WA. We are expanding next month from our current 2,100 square feet facility and adding an additional 1,300 square feet. We demonstrate our high quality of care to our patients through our “patient first” approach and attention to keeping your schedule as full as possible at all times.

This job is for you if you :

  • Are a hands-on, evidence-based physical therapist.
  • Want to provide 1 : 1 care where you have full control over the outcomes of your patients.
  • Seek hands-on continuing education and would like to become COMT certified, if not already.

  • What you’ll be doing…

    Developing plans of care for orthopedic and spine patients ranging from late elementary-aged children to 65 years old and utilizing our web based EMR WebPT to complete notes in a timely fashion.

    Meeting company standards for metrics / stats for your caseload. Meeting once a month with the owner to know where you stand, meeting once weekly as a group so everyone can report their metrics, and during onboarding receive business education on the “why” behind the standards for the various metrics / stats.

    Structured onboarding / mentorship time directly with the owner during the first 6 weeks with ongoing weekly or monthly mentorship as needed.

    Specialties our current PTs can teach you : women's health / pelvic floor, blood flow restriction, temporomandibular joint (TMJ), vestibular therapy, amputee physical therapy, certified orthopedic manual therapy (COMT certification).

    Family Atmosphere : Wins and recognitions at weekly staff meetings. Quarterly outings and monthly potluck lunches where the staff gets together outside of work to bond, share stories and get to know each other better. Regular time to collaborate with other PTs.

    No Burnout : PTs treat 8-10 patients in a typical day. Paid documentation time. Up to 3 weeks paid vacation time that is SEPARATE from sick and holiday PTO.

    Autonomy : No micromanaging. Team members are given the freedom to make and correct their mistakes.

    1 hour evaluation times for all new patients. 40 minute follow up appointments for non-Medicare patients and 50 minute follow up appointments for Medicare patients.

    Culture :

  • The entire team of focused on getting great outcomes for our patients and we do this by identifying the root cause and not just the symptoms.
  • Our culture emphasizes collaboration amongst all the PTs on staff to help each other problem solve difficult patient cases.
  • No aides / techs or PTAs perform any treatment with our patients. We want our PTs to be in full control of the outcomes for their patients.

  • Unlimited continuing education funds. We want you to feel like you are always learning something new and making a difference in the lives of your patients.
  • A few other requirements & things you need :

    Have a valid Washington PT License or are in the process completing licensure requirements.

    Liability insurance facesheet such as through HPSO or other equivalent.

    Updated resume.

  • You don’t need to have 20 years of experience. We like new grads as well as seasoned vets. Mentorship is available for everyone.
  • Compensation :

    90,000-$100,000 per year based on experience, additional responsibilities you take on, meeting company standards for metrics, and how much revenue you bring in on a yearly basis to the practice.

    5,000 sign-on bonus

    Quarterly profit sharing among PTs.
