Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in personal injury law and be proficient in all aspects of the litigation process. The position will be based in our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney will include:

• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Interviewing clients and witnesses
• Producing discovery materials
• Negotiating settlements
• Trying cases to verdict

Qualifications for the Associate Attorney position include:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 2-4 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping people
