Job Description: Full Time Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction process, as well as experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Manage the construction schedule
- Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience with ground up multifamily/apartment projects
- Strong understanding of the construction process
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
