Construction Senior Superintendent

We are looking for a full time Construction Senior Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and airport/aviation construction. The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. They will also be responsible for managing a team of construction workers and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
• Manage a team of construction workers
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Resolve any construction issues that arise
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience construction
• Experience with airport/aviation projects
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
