We are looking for a full-time full-desk recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, recruiting, and sales. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Business development - landing clients, negotiating/executing contracts, and account management
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews
- Negotiate and close job offers
- Onboard new hires and provide them with support
- Maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 2-10 years of experience in full-desk recruiting (MUST HAVE business development experience)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fully remote job!
