Full Time Healthcare Recruiter
We are looking for a full-time Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare Recruiting, Sourcing, and Business Development.
The primary responsibility of this role is to source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Healthcare Recruiting. Must have experience billing at least $350k a year
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
- Coordinate the hiring process with hiring managers
- Track and report on hiring metrics
Compensation is either draw or commission, whatever is higher.
