REQUIREMENTS :
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in the Connecticut State Bar.
- 10 Experience in medical malpractice defense litigation (PI Experience accepted)
- 5 year of trial experience in Connecticut state and federal courts.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
- Prepare and present arguments for dispositive motions.
- Conduct legal research, draft discovery requests, and respond to discovery inquiries.
- Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
