Preconstruction Manager
The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for managing the preconstruction phase of a construction project. This includes developing estimates, managing schedules, and coordinating with subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estimating!
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing project budgets
- Creating and managing project schedules
- Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
- Must be able to lead a team of estimators
- Overseeing the preconstruction phase of construction projects
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- 10 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of estimating with leadership experience
- Experience using estimating tools such as Timberline & On-Screen Takeoff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
