Job Description (Flexible hours - day shift or night shift or weekend - whichever you prefer)
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress. The RN will also collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients. This location is in the greater Boston area.
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include:
- Performing nursing assessments and developing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patient vital signs and laboratory results
- Providing patient education and support
- Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse position include:
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- One to two years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Nursing Home
- Strong clinical skills and judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
