Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Center Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in network cabling, RACK setup in data centers, and installing servers. Proficiency in Linux is essential for this role , with additional knowledge of OpenStack and GPU technologies being highly desirable.
Responsibilities :
- Perform network cabling tasks including installation, termination, and testing of cables in data center environments.
- Configure and set up RACKs in data centers according to industry standards and best practices.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to server installations and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of servers and networking equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, equipment installations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to data center infrastructure.
