Role : Scrum Master
Work Location : Guadalajara, Mexico / Remote
Duration : Contract
- Aid the teams in building varying technology solutions while promoting agile adoption across the organization. We are looking for professionals with a passion for executing the principles of the agile methodology in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitates the Agile process and ensures that all scrum cadences occur and are productive daily scrum meetings, planning sessions, refinement meetings, retros etc.
- Oversees the Scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaptation
- Helps the team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done
- Facilitates communication and collaboration inside and outside the team Support and aids the product team in creating and managing a clearly defined backlog, release planning, sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Contributes to the defining best practices and governance for the team where necessary
- Facilitates the team's agreement on what can be achieved during each sprint Coaches the team through regular reviews of the team processes and practices to achieve continuous improvement
- Facilitates stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
- Experience working with technical delivery teams and knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development and technical solution integrations
- Good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement Experience and working knowledge of conducting agile work using collaboration tools (Jira and confluence preferred)
- Professional certifications like CSM, CSP-SM, SPC, RTE or equivalent
