SAP Solution/Delivery Manager

Dallas, TX (Onsite)

FULL TIME

Manage a portfolio of SAP, Cloud Infra AMS build & run engagements
Manage Delivery from Onsite & offshore SAP AMS team
Manage escalations & customer communications
Support pre-sales team in RFP process, solutioning, estimations and skills identification
Drive innovations in improving the outcomes from AMS services
Conduct governance meetings with client & present metrics
Support client in new initiatives/projects/proposals
Should be comfortable in fixed price, T&M and shared operation team(s) engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of working as an SAP Delivery experience
Minimum 7 years of account management experience
Minimum 5 years of experience managing deliveries in onshore/offshore model
Minimum 5 years of client handling experience in management role

Additional Information
ITIL knowledge is strongly recommended.
Travel requirements 30%-50%
