We’re seeking a strategic, client-facing Salesforce Solution Architect to join our growing consulting firm. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges, shaping digital transformation initiatives, and guiding clients across industries through impactful Salesforce solutions.
As a Solution Architect, you’ll lead project delivery from discovery through deployment—translating business needs into elegant, scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, consultants, and developers, all while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their goals and translating them into Salesforce-driven solutions
• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce implementations that are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, prototyping, and roadmap development
• Navigate projects with moderate ambiguity, providing clarity and structure while staying flexible to evolving needs
• Consistently deliver on-time, high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and analysts to deliver value efficiently
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Stay current with Salesforce product releases, features, and roadmap developments
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and reusable assets
Qualifications
• 7 years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Deep expertise in core Salesforce offerings including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, and Service Cloud Voice
• Proven success leading enterprise-level Salesforce projects end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to drive clarity from ambiguity, making sound decisions without perfect information
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule, with high client satisfaction
• Strong skills in business analysis, solution design, and process mapping
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and working in consulting environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—capable of leading client workshops and executive presentations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Health Cloud Consultant, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture and data modeling
• Experience in project management or leading multi-disciplinary teams
