Job Overview:

As a Service Valet (Apartment Trash Collector) with Kaizen Waste, you’ll work flexible evening hours at your designated community. This part-time role is perfect for those seeking additional income with a reliable, structured schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect trash bags from residents' doorsteps, delivering them to the onsite trash compactor (no bulk removal or offsite driving required).
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and centralized dumpster locations.
• Use our mobile app to clock in and capture service photos (arrival, departure, and compliance).
• Potential to manage multiple properties within a 10-15 minute radius, enabling opportunities for extra pay.

Schedule:

• 5 nights a week (Sunday through Thursday) with 2-4 hour shifts, typically starting at 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm.
• Part-time hours: 10-12 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, navigate stairs, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Own a smartphone with a data plan for our app.
• Preferred: An open-bed truck or vehicle with a trailer, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
