Job Description:
- Implement and support SAP S/4HANA MDG for Material Master domain.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into MDG/MM functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP MDG MM processes including material types, data models, validations, derivations, and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define governance models, approval processes, and data standards.
- Integrate MDG with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
- Manage data quality initiatives and provide support in data cleansing and enrichment activities.
- Support end-user training, documentation, and change management related to MDG-MM.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues related to MDG data processes and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in SAP Functional consulting with at least 3 years in MDG focused on Material Master (MM).
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MDG implementation or migration projects.
- Strong understanding of Material Management processes including procurement, inventory, and catalog management.
- Experience in configuring MDG data models, workflows, UI modeling (FPM/BRF ), and business rules.
- Good knowledge of data replication frameworks, ALE/IDocs, and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to MDG and MM.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (SAP certification is a plus).
