Guest Experience Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our chocolate cafe. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a thorough understanding of restaurant management. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a smooth and efficient front-of-house operation.

Duties

• Manage all front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and daily financial reporting.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills in customer service and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
• Oversee the use of POS systems, including Aloha POS, to manage orders and payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure we are well stocked.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong background in customer service with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Experience in training development to foster team growth and performance improvement.
• Understanding of food production processes and kitchen operations to facilitate effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
