We are seeking an elevated Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary operations of our popular signature dining experience, Double Cut Steak House. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing food items, directing culinary staff, ordering, and ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of the kitchen and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
