Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a beyond expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
Cinco Niños is an exciting new modern Mexican eatery and tequila bar. The signature restaurant will feature Mexican favorites including quesadillas, enchiladas, fajitas, and tacos. The restaurant will also feature a full-service bar, offering signature tequila and mezcal drinks such as the Millionaire’s Margarita and the Spicy Watermelon Martini.
Starting Rate: $18.00 - $21.00* an hour. Rate is based on professional experience.

We are inviting you to apply for Lead Cook. The Lead Cook is a senior-level cooking position. In this role, your responsibilities include overseeing complex dishes and menu items, while managing kitchen operations during daily shifts. This role requires advanced cooking techniques, expertise in knowledge and skills of stations in the department kitchen, and ability to work independently. Help in training new associates, leading by example, and maintaining company standards when it comes to food quality and associate relations. A Lead Cook often supervises Cooks I & II, while collaborating with kitchen management on menu planning and special events.
We require you to have a background, consisting of 3 years of related progressive experiences in a hotel restaurant / food outlet or related field. ServSafe certification is a plus.
