Lead Retail Associate

We are inviting you to apply for the Lead Retail Sales Associate position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations through effective and efficient retail operations. Retail leads are also responsible for ensuring proper procedures are being followed by retail associates on the floor.

We require that you have background, consisting of previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment. A good knowledge of computers and register systems is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

• Must be able to greet each guest with a friendly, warm welcome and offer product knowledge to ensure sales are completed
• Ensure that all work environments are organized, well stocked with creative and attractive displays.
• Clean shelves, counters, tables, and windows as needed.
• Actively participate in all monthly inventories to ensure accuracy of inventory quantities.
