Chef de Cuisine – Cinco Nino's
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Chef de Cuisine – Cinco Nino's. In this position, you will be responsible for the culinary operations of our popular Tex-Mex concept. Cinco Niñ;os is a modern Mexican & tequila bar encompassing all the resounding classic flavors as they intertwine with a sizzling plate of pure goodness. You will be involved in training, ordering, and ensuring our concept is the best it can be!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations. Always ensuring quality consistent products.
- Labor, inventory, and cost control.
- Lead and mentor culinary and kitchen staff.
What We're Looking For
- We require a background of three years of progressive culinary experience and three years of management experience. Experience with Tex-Mex cuisine is helpful.
- Basic P&L knowledge.
