Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a beyond expectations waterpark resort and conference experience waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for Retail Online Service Staff. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of customer service with packages that guests purchase online or upon check-in. You will help guests Enhance their stay at Kalahari by delivering in-room surprise packages for their hotel room. You will stock merchandise, assist with inventory, sell and deliver packages, and most importantly, make all guests feel welcome with a smile upon entering the resort.
We do require that you have a background, consisting of previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment.

Starting Rate: $14.00 an hour
