Kalahari Resorts & Conventions offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team and lead the culinary operations of our popular Tex-Mex concept, Cinco Niño's.
This dynamic role involves overseeing day-to-day kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and quality control, to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Responsibilities include:
- Culinary Operations – overseeing day-to-day kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and quality control.
- Cost Management and Inventory control- monitoring, labor, inventory, and managing supplies.
- Maintaining high standards and sanitation practices – continuously working to improve the kitchen's efficiency, workflow, and overall quality of food and service.
Requirements:
- Five years' progressive culinary experience and three years of management experience.
- Basic knowledge of P&L, labor control, & food cost/recipe costing.
