The ideal candidate will have 10 years of practical experience in architecture and project management, combined with leadership and technical expertise. They will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing large-scale hotel, convention, water park, and family entertainment resort projects
- Coodinating outsourced architectural and MEP consultants
- SUPPORTING THE CREATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS USING REVIT AND AUTOCAD FOR EACH PROJECT
- Developing and issuing RFPs for consultants and presenting design proposals
- Ensuring all design and construction documentation aligns with Kalahari's brand standards and project objectives
A professional degree, such as a Bachelor or Master of Architecture, is required. Experience working with AutoCAD and Revit is also necessary. Strong understanding of building codes and permitting processes, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
