The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops, and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for the Audio-Visual Tech position. In this role, you will provide setup of all functions that require audio visual equipment, ensure accurate tracking of equipment, protect and care for assets, and serve as a consultant for sales regarding audio visual needs of future bookings. You will assist the Banquet Team to ensure guest service is beyond expectations so that the Resort will meet and / or exceed budgeted expectations.
We require that you have a background consisting of prior experience as an audio technician. Prior experience in a banquet position and a broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day operations of a hotel / resort and convention center operations are preferred but not required.
