- Provide one-on-one support to special education students as needed
- Assist with lesson plans and activities in the classroom
- Implement behavior modification techniques to support student success
- Communicate regularly with teachers and parents to ensure student progress
Requirements:
- Degree in Special Education or related field
- Experience working with students with special needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and students
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
