Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain plant displays to captivate and inspire customers.
- Ensure all plants are healthy and thriving with proper care.
- Stay on top of promotional signage and updates for upcoming sales.
- Collaborate with the team to hit daily goals and ensure smooth operations.
- City of Residence: Candidates must live in close proximity to our local client retail service location(s), which will be confirmed during the pre-interview process.
- Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to commute to work.
- Flexible Schedule: A commitment of at least 2 days per week for 4-hour shifts is required. Additional shifts may be available upon request.
- Physical Fitness: Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, push, pull, and remain active for the duration of their shift.
- Prior merchandising or retail experience is a bonus.
- Must be able to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to hold a schedule and be organized.
- Reliability is essential.
- Strong customer service oriented attitude.
