Roseanne Seibert – Merchandising Manager (Northeast OH)

• How long with KGS? Roseanne has been with KGS since January 2019.
• Prior Experience? Before joining KGS, Roseanne worked as a Retail Supervisor of Events, gaining valuable experience in managing and overseeing event-based retail activities.
• Passionate About? Roseanne enjoys spending time with her two pugs and helping her parents maintain their home, showcasing her love for family and home upkeep.

Nick Hudson – Merchandising Manager (Northeast OH)

• How long with KGS? Nick has been part of KGS for 3 years.
• Prior Experience? Nick previously worked in retail management, where he honed skills in leadership and store operations.
• Passionate About? Nick is an outdoors enthusiast, enjoying hiking, fishing, and nature walks. He’s passionate about supporting local community initiatives and spending quality time with his family.

Evonne Gorka – Merchandising Manager (Northeast OH)

• How long with KGS? Going into her fourth season with KGS, Evonne has worked as a Lead with Meijer stores for two years and is now in her second year as a Merchandising Manager overseeing 16 stores (Walmart and Meijer).
• Prior Experience? Evonne’s background includes being a Crew Leader for a landscaping company and a Visual Manager and Designer for a garden center.
• Passionate About? Family, design, and gardening are Evonne's passions. She’s constantly exploring new gardening techniques and incorporating design into her gardening practices.

Rochelle Wagner – Merchandising Manager (Northeast OH)

• How long with KGS? Rochelle joined KGS in January 2019 and currently serves as a Merchandising Manager for Northeast Ohio.
• Prior Experience? Before KGS, Rochelle worked as a Retail Supervisor of Events, overseeing and managing retail setups for various events.
• Passionate About? Rochelle enjoys spending time with her two pugs and is dedicated to the upkeep of her parents' home, reflecting her caring nature for both family and her home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain plant displays to captivate and inspire customers.
• Ensure all plants are healthy and thriving with proper care.
• Stay on top of promotional signage and updates for upcoming sales.
• Collaborate with the team to hit daily goals and ensure smooth operations.

Position Requirements:

• City of Residence: Candidates must live in close proximity to our local client retail service location(s), which will be confirmed during the pre-interview process.
• Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to commute to work.
• Flexible Schedule: A commitment of at least 2 days per week for 4-hour shifts is required. Additional shifts may be available upon request.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, push, pull, and remain active for the duration of their shift.

Qualifications:

• Prior merchandising or retail experience is a bonus.
• Must be able to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to hold a schedule and be organized.
• Reliability is essential.
• Strong customer service oriented attitude.
