Kalamazoo Landscape Supplies and our sister company, Renewed Earth, are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team in a full-time, year-round utility support role. This is an entry level position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and being part of a team that keeps the operation running smoothly across multiple departments.

The Role

No direct experience required—we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, a clean driving record, and ideally a farming and hands-on background.

This position includes working alongside our heavy equipment repair shop to support four experienced mechanics doing task such as running parts and providing basic support to the department. Other responsibilities would be at our local retail yard, helping load customer orders of bulk soil, mulch, and stone along with other landscaping products, to ensuring a smooth, friendly experience for all.

The ideal candidate will be a person with the following:

• Mechanically inclined with an eagerness to learn.
• Clean driver’s license (required).
• A background in farming is a plus.
• Willingness to work across departments and take on new tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
