WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A QUALITY ANALYST
As a Quality Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring the highest standards of service at our pharmacy. From investigating incident reports to resolving patient care issues, you'll gather data across departments to pinpoint areas for improvement and create solutions. You'll also be responsible for maintaining quality event tracking, preparing status updates, and collaborating with management on quarterly reports. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our pharmacy staff and assisting with ongoing projects.
THE MUST-HAVE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in business processes or SOPs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Google Suite, and SRS
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmacy experience
