We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help continue our success.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities, and contributing to our overall business growth. You will be the backbone of our sales department, coordinating various tasks and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will be :

• Outbound Lead Generation - Conduct outbound phone calls to identify and qualify potential long-term car facility leads for our Field Operations team.
• Appointment Setting - Schedule appointments for Field Operations representatives to meet with decision-makers at long term care facilities.
• Marketing and Promotional Support - Organize and mail marketing materials and promotional items to targeted facilities.
• Training Coordination - Assist with scheduling and eventually hosting training sessions for new long-term care facility clients. Also, become certified in CPR and First Aid training to assist Field Operations.
• Sales Team Support - Provide additional administrative and logistical support as needed by the Sales and Marketing team, including data entry, generating reports, and managing calendars.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Be knowledgeable about products and keep up to date with product information.
• Collaborate with co-workers in many different areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
