Production and Operations (Meets Goals, Needs Support)
- Supervises a crew of laborers in the daily operations of a designated area of the company.
- Ensures the safe and efficient operation of equipment like loaders, haul trucks, and crushers (if applicable) following established protocols.
- Oversees blasting activities (if applicable) following established procedures and ensuring proper safety protocols are in place.
- Achieves production quotas for blasted and processed rock but may require guidance from a supervisor for complex production adjustments.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Crew Leadership and Development (Developing Skills)
Quality Control (Independent but Reports Issues)
Safety (Enforces Rules, Seeks Guidance)
