The primary role of a Museum Aide is to provide excellent customer service and wayfinding for patrons visiting the museum.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required as well as at least 1 year work experience related to customer service.
Must be available: Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Sundays 11:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Seasonal hours and special programming may impact scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Physical Demands:
Must be able to move throughout the museum galleries and pick up objects that fall on the floor.
Must be comfortable working with cleaning sanitizer and associated cleaning materials.
May have extended periods of standing or sitting between two to four hours.
Work Hours: Must be available Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Sundays 11:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Posting Date 05/14/2024 Closing Date: Special Instructions to Applicants:

- Answering questions regarding museum programs and exhibits.
- Ensuring all museum standards and safety protocols are followed.
- Regular exhibit cleaning and care of hands-on elements throughout the galleries.
