Job Summary
We are seeking Store Merchandisers who work as Independent Contractors (1099) to fill, display, and merchandise our products in stores around the country. This part-time merchandising position offers flexible scheduling of two short assignments per month with visit frequency changing to weekly assignments during end of the year holiday time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise product from shipments to your assigned store within 5 days of shipment arrival.
- Use a planogram to replenish and straighten up small merchandise on a large display rack.
- Remove damaged and discontinued merchandise from the display.
- Take date stamped photos of completed work.
- Access a website to submit photos to a reporting survey.
- Create an invoice and attach it via email to receive payment after work is completed.
Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for several hours at a time.
- Merchandisers will be reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and walking.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of merchandising experience.
- 1 year of retail experience.
- 1 year of planogram experience.
Compensation:
A flat rate per visit ($50-$70).
