Kalapawai Café & Deli is Hiring for the position of night cook. Full time 5 nights a week. Must work weekends and holidays. Tips are generally $5-$6/hr and are added to paycheck This is a fast paced and high energy position. Skills required - Saute (1 - 2 years), grill, pantry, Knife, memory, organizational, and communication. Duties: Prep and ready your station, Batch cooking (stew, sauces, roasting projects etc.), Starches for evening service, execution of orders, change out and break down of your station, and general cleaning of the kitchen and equipment. Requirements/Responsibilities
