What are the responsibilities and job description for the ECPD - Machine Operator II - Injection Molder - 2nd shift position at KALAS MFG INC?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Setup and operates the injection mold, fills bucket with plastic pellets and drops contents in hopper.
- Capable to trouble shoot equipment and molding process.
- Makes routine adjustments to equipment settings as required.
- Assures all cables are maintaining quality standards.
- Maintains records and submits paperwork.
- Performs equipment PM tasks as required.
- Aware of Kalas’ environmental policy and what it means to them.
- Aware of their significant environmental aspects and knows how to mitigate or eliminate the environmental impacts associated with them.
- Additional overtime, including weekend overtime, may be required.
- Meets attendance requirements as stated in associate handbook.
- Performs work safely in accordance with Kalas safety procedures. Operates equipment safely and reports any unsafe work condition or practice to Production Supervisor.
- Perform related work as assigned.
