Job Description
At KALCON USA, we are seeking an experienced Senior Field Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing environmental health and safety for suppliers onsite, as well as supervising construction on facility expansion projects in Lab and non-Lab environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to schedule and host planning meetings with various stakeholders to ensure all schedule activities are understood and executed to plan. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a good understanding of construction project scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage environmental health and safety for suppliers onsite, including JHA inspections, PTP, and SIPP documentation.
- Supervise construction on facility expansion projects in Lab and non-Lab environments.
- Work with project management staff to assess field needs and safety needs.
- Provide regular project updates to the project team and stakeholders.
