Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement web mobile architecture decisions that scale across our entire product suite, delivering high quality code and writing automated tests.
- Build reusable mobile component libraries and establish patterns that ensure consistency across our applications
- Create responsive, high-performance interfaces for complex financial workflows
- Lead technical implementation of features and provide architectural guidance for our front-end applications.
- Mentor engineers on frontend-specific patterns and best practice
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and best practices.
- Create flowcharts and diagrams to clearly convey architecture to other team members.
- 6 years of frontend development experience
- Proven frontend development expertise using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, specifically with React.
- Direct experience developing highly-responsive, web/mobile-based user interfaces
- Experience with React frameworks such as NextJS
- Degree in computer science or related degree/technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- Manages Complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information
- Situational Adaptability - Adapting approach and demeanour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
- Action-Oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
