We're looking for a Finance Intern to support the Finance Team in researching drug dispensing patterns and subsequent trends in non-compliance.The ideal candidate is eager to learn and naturally curious about business and healthcare with a desire to gain experience at a high-growth technology company.

We're looking for a Finance Intern to support the Finance Team in researching drug dispensing patterns and subsequent trends in non-compliance.The ideal candidate is eager to learn and naturally curious about business and healthcare with a desire to gain experience at a high-growth technology company.
- This is a paid internship based at the Kalderos office in Chicago, IL from June 9th - August 8th, 2025. You will be expected to work 40 hours/week at $25 per hour.
Your project will focus on determining the relationship between therapeutic areas and parts of the country that see the most volume and identifying corresponding non-compliance patterns. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Competitive Pricing analysis --- how do we stack up against competitors, scenario modeling different pricing structures
- AI implementation into data analysis and Excel modeling
- Drug launches --- what does the non-compliance arc look like from launch to today, what states are the focus for manufacturers
- How to model in the value a new drug can provide to Kalderos over time
- Contract value assessment vs actuals, calculator vs actuals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Work alongside a talented group of interns across departments with an opportunity for social and volunteer events with the cohort
- Upon completion of your internship, present your project to your fellow intern cohort and leaders across the organization
- Rising junior/senior or recently graduated with a degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Knowledge of the US healthcare system and willingness to learn about a complex business
- Experience with advanced Excel functions
- Strong communication skills
