We're looking for a Sr. Information Security Analyst to protect Kalderos from cyber threats, contribute to incident response, and ensure security/privacy compliance (SOC 1 & 2, HIPAA, etc.). You'll work cross-functionally, lead vulnerability management, and enhance security monitoring, growing your expertise as Kalderos scales.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement security operations processes and incident response plans.
- Lead vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
- Drive security program and technology improvements through threat analysis.
- Support security and privacy compliance (SOC 1 & 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, CCPA, etc.)
- Work cross-functionally to implement security solutions.
- Support audit processes and provide security awareness.
- Define security system requirements and support IT audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- 5 years in information security or consulting.
- Expertise in incident investigation, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
- Knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, threat intelligence, and SOAR.
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and security/privacy compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional skills.
- A desire to grow and evolve your skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CompTIA Security .
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve security processes.
- Prior experience in a healthtech or regulated environment.
