Job Summary:
Kaleen Rugs is looking for a Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and passionate about our product line. Applicants should be able to reach consumers through digital and traditional platforms. Essential job tasks include developing marketing plans and devising out-of-the-box strategies for reaching consumers.

- Conducting market research on competitors to augment marketing efforts

- Cultivating relationships with potential customers—such as prospects and leads—to build the company's clientele
- Monitoring social media traffic to measure the public's perception of the company's brand
- Testing the quality of emails, social media posts and the company's landing page
- Analyzing the results of campaigns and making changes to outlast competitors

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)

- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with at least 5 years of work experience in Marketing, Brand, or related field required.

- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $41,845.46 - $119,578.45 per year
