Job Description
Summary:
Coordinates the total Plan of Care for the patient in the Home Care Setting assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating. Provides leadership for the Health Care team by working cooperatively with other team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the Home Care setting

Responsibilities:
Associates in Nursing required. Bachelors in Nursing preferred.
Experience
Other information:
1 year of experience in psychiatric experience as a RN with good working knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis, psychiatric medication and treatment (within the last 3 years). 1 year of experience in medical/surgical as a RN.
