Job Description
Summary:
Under the direction of the Life Safety Director, this individual assists in all aspects of regulatory compliance, maintains a constant state of compliance with regulatory requirements established by as it relates to but not limited to DNV, OSHA, JCAHO, DOH, CMS, EPA, DEC and other authorities having jurisdiction. The Workforce Safety Specialist will assist the Life Safety Director in the identification, development and implementation of a corrective plan of action related to internal and regulatory findings. Responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the physical plant, grounds and related equipment.
Education And Credentials
Responsibilities:
High School Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred.
Experience
Other information:
8 years of experience in Healthcare Safety/Hazmat required. 2 years of experience in Healthcare Physical Environment Compliance preferred.
