Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description

We're looking for a Center-based BCBA to design client programming that is ethical, appropriately individualized, and implemented with integrity.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Delivering direct supervision to your BTs / RBTs
• Managing and supervising a small caseload of 4-6 clients
• Regularly reviewing data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpreting results, and modifying treatment plans accordingly
• Providing supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families

You'll also be responsible for consulting with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff support.

In this role, you'll have access to administrative support, scheduling help, and general assistance with your caseload from our Clinical Manager.

BCBAs are based in our center, working Monday-Friday. Opportunities are available throughout NJ, PA, DE, MA, VA, CT, and AZ.
