Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Description

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Center-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a key member, you will design client programming that is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity. Our one-on-one therapy model provides a direct and lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. The BCBA will deliver direct supervision to their Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs / RBTs), manage and supervise a small caseload of 4-6 clients, and regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family. The BCBA will provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with the staff and families, as well as consult with families regarding any concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.

In this role, you will have access to administrative support, scheduling help, and general assistance with your caseload from your Clinical Manager. This oversight will provide the support needed for growth in your career.

Location and Hours :

BCBAs work in the Center Monday - Friday. Opportunities are available throughout NJ, PA, DE, MA, VA, CT and AZ.
