Our RBT’s receive a high-level of supervision and support to ensure that you have the skills and confidence to progress in your role. You will receive weekly guidance and supervision from your supervising BCBA with ongoing training and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct support and strategies to clients based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will work closely with a team of BCBA/BCaBA’s in implementation of treatment plan goals. All of our clients have unique needs and will work in a variety of settings to meet their needs.
· Provide services and supports to clients based on the science of ABA in various settings including, in-home, school and community under the supervision of a BCBA/ BCaBA
· Collect and record data daily with the use of an electronic system
· Complete daily billing notes with the use of an electronic system
· Teach functional living skills including, communication, socialization, play, adaptive skills.
· Follow programming and behavior plans as written by supervising BCBA/BCaBA
· Communicate on a regular basis with therapy team
· Build rapport with families and clients

Qualifications:
-Active CBT license
-Ability to acquire RBT certification within 3 months of start date
-Ability to pass background check
-At least 18 years of age
-Active BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to acquire within 60 days of hire)
-1 year experience as CBT/ RBT
-Experience working with children in-home and or in school
-Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between client locations
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management, organization and problem solving skills
Pay range:
$25 - $33 DOE
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
